The Weirdest Things Ever Sold on eBay
While many of us seek out great bargains on eBay, the auction site is also chock full of people’s less mainstream wares. Here are just a few that were definitely worth hitting “buy it now”.
Back in 2000, someone netted a cool $1,025 unloading a plate of Justin Timberlake’s half-eaten French toast. What? Why? And do you have validation that it was ACTUALLY his? That’s a lot of money for food that’s going to MOLD!
A cornflake shaped like the state of Illinois earned two sisters $1,350 in 2008. Nope. That’s a mortgage payment for a cornflake. Hard pass.
Seeing the face of religious figures in food is almost always a hot commodity. A grilled cheese emblazoned with the image of the Virgin Mary was no exception, bringing in $23,600 for the seller. Again, food that will mold. Nope.
A concertgoer at one of Kanye West’s “Yeezy” shows bottled some of the air during the performance, listing it for $5. Of course, that person got much, much more in the end. Bidding shot the value up to $65,000. FOR. AIR. Idiot.
Whoever is buying this dumb crap needs a life and their credit card taken away pronto!
