System of a Down Singer Serj Tankian Is a Recovering Video Game Addict

System of a Down singer Serj Tankian had to give up video games when his playing started to cause damage to his hands.  He was so addicted . . . particularly to“NBA Jam” . . . that it was getting hard to make music.

But that didn’t stop him from making music for video games.

In an intview with “Loudwire”, Serj said, quote:

“I’m not doing games now, but I love doing music for them.”

His latest video game project was lending vocals to the soundtrack of “Metal: Hellsinger”.  The game hasn’t come out yet, but it’ll be for the PC or PlayStation 5.  (Click here for more info.)
