Ice Cream is Supposed to be Cold, Not Burning Hot!

Forget trying to finish a bowl of this ice cream. It’s proving to be quite a challenge for customers. It’s not the size however, but what it’s made from.
Snobachi in Ybor City, Florida has concocted what’s likely the hottest ice cream in the world, mixing Carolina Reaper peppers and Mad Dog 357 hot sauce into their vanilla flavor.
Dubbed the Reaper Roll, shop owner Jonathan Andujar claims, “It’s the hottest stuff I could find, they’re about twice as hot as pepper spray.” According to TV station WTSP, it clocks in at 9 million on the Scoville heat scale.
Those who are able to finish the dish are rewarded with free ice cream for a year. But be forewarned, you’ll have to sign a waiver before they hand over a spoon.
