Two very cool things are happening in the Star Wars universe, so I had to share!

In what amounts to a once-in-a-lifetime dream job for Star Wars fanboys everywhere, Disneyland is holding auditions for Stormtroopers.

The new crew of First Order soldiers will populate the park’s newest attraction, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Candidates need to be between 5-10 and 6 feet tall and must exhibit “high energy levels,” according to the audition posting. They also need to be high school graduates who are at least 18 years old.

But Stormtrooper hopefuls should take note: If you think donning futuristic white armor will improve your social life, think again — the job requires cast members to work throughout the summer, including weekends and holidays. Auditions get underway on Friday. If you can’t make it to Cali, no worries. Disney World should holding the same auditions soon too; Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens this fall in the Florida park.

While you’re at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, make sure you have some cash!

Star Wars fans all across the globe are trying to get a glimpse of what they can expect when the attraction opens, and while there are lots of food and merch choices, there’s one that stands above them all.

That item is a fully-functioning replica of R2-D2 that you can build yourself for…$25,000.

Before you say, “hell no” just listen, the droid not only lights and beeps but you can also choose the color of your droid and the head you’d like for your droid. I’d go straight up R2-D2… no deviations. If I’m going to buy him, I’m buying R2-D2, not some other colored droid.

Oh, by the way, the $25K doesn’t include sales tax or shipping. May your bank account be with you.
