A Corvette Owner Went for One Last Drive After Selling It, And Wrecked It

A man named Spencer Everette, of Greenville, North Carolina, reached an agreement to sell his 2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray recently.  He was supposed to hand over the keys yesterday.

But on Monday afternoon, he decided to take it out for one “last hurrah,” and he “gunned it.”  But he lost control, and the car drove off the road . . . into a ditch . . . and then FLIPPED onto its side.

The car was a total wreck, but Spencer wasn’t hurt.  It’s safe to say the sale is off, and since these cars are sought after, he was probably in line to get a pile of cash.  There’s no word what he was selling it for.

On top of everything else, Spencer was charged with reckless driving.
