Fisherman charged at by a fast alligator in Hilton Head Island, SC.

A man fishing along the edge of a Hilton Head Island pond was caught off guard Tuesday by a alligator, the entire incident was caught on video.

Witnesses along the bank of the pond had their phones out just in time when the alligator began swimming in the direction of the man.

The video showed the man collecting his fishing pole and retreating from the waters edge, but the alligator climbed out of the water fast and lunged right at the fisherman.
