Despite what you may have heard, the Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Poison, and Joan Jett stadium tour isn’t on the verge of cancellation due to the coronavirus crisis.
A report appeared Wednesday on the site Sleaze Roxx, alleging that the trek planned for June through September will be scrapped, as well as their practice sessions set for next month.
The piece also claimed that the reunited Crüe would still hit the road “as soon as the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Virus pandemic is under control and/or resolved.”
Shared by a fan on Facebook, Mötley Crüe fired back, “Take note of today’s date and have another go.” Perhaps it was all an April Fools joke?
What do you think will ultimately happen with this tour? Can it still hold up without the other bands on the lineup?
