There is a new lady in town

Cait Maloney a local artist got the nod for the newest mural/street art piece for Columbia.

She talks about her inspiration:

“I wanted to capture the funky, fresh and colorful essence of the area into one image, so I took everything that I knew the Vista to be and boiled each aspect down into its own abstract representation,”

“All of these elements together are what bring ‘Lady Vista’ to life.”

She’s called Lady Vista and she’s on Gervais between Park and Lincoln.

A bunch of people collaborated on the project including The Congaree Vista Guild and One Columbia.

Is this the new place to grab a pic with friends or a selfie after an evening out in the Vista?
