The Most Expensive Place to Live in the U.S. Is . . .

U.S. News and World Report ranked the most expensive places to live in the country and on the top of the list is San Diego.  (Here’s a Ron Burgundy drop.)  It’s based on median gross rent and annual housing costs for mortgage-paying homeowners.
