PBR No More?? Hipsters say nay!

Ok…Nobody tell anybody at The Recovery Room in Charleston.  They’re the second largest on premise location for PBR.

Pabst Blue Ribbon has left the future of their beer in the hands of MillerCoors.

MillerCoors and Pabst Brewing have a decades-old agreement that appears to be turning into a legal battle.

Set for trial in November, MillerCoors wants out of a deal with Pabst that is set to expire in 2020.

This deal is the production of Pabst’s legacy beers, including PBR.

With MillerCoors having their own struggles in a declining market, Pabst may be left out high and dry and forced to find a new brewery to take them on or weigh the option of building their own.

Ok…I can get upset about PBR…It’s quite litterally the first beer I ever stole from my dad, but Colt 45 and Old Milwaukee?

Nah I won’t miss Colt and Old Milwaukee’s Beast.
