Conveniently located across from Lowe’s Foods and near Tako Sushi Forest Acres and Pasta Fresca, the 1,750-square-foot space offers ample parking behind the building, shared with nearby businesses like Salon 2000 and Jackie’s Tailoring. Guests can enjoy indoor seating or dine al fresco on the outdoor patio, while a long, open-concept kitchen counter provides a view of the quick service that defines No Name Deli. The restaurant’s interior showcases a mural by Girls Who Paint Murals, co-owned by local artist Christine Crawford, adding a fresh twist to the nostalgic feel inspired by the original Elmwood location’s vintage postcard mural. Both locations are open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

“Expanding No Name Deli to Forest Acres has been a longtime goal,” shares co-owner Jon Sears. “We’re excited to grow the brand while staying true to the quality and laid-back atmosphere our guests know and love. The new space is designed to feel both fresh and familiar, and we look forward to welcoming everyone in.”

Since 1973, No Name Deli has served fresh sandwiches and hearty salads to the Columbia community. Originally known as the Elmwood Delicatessen, the restaurant soon earned its current name after operating without a sign in the 1970s. Today, No Name Deli remains a community staple, famous for its quick service and high-quality, no-frills meals. The menu features a mix of classic deli fare and Southern favorites, with popular choices like the Reuben, prime rib sandwich, and fresh Greek and spinach salads. Uniquely, No Name Deli is one of Columbia’s few delis to operate a grill, serving hot items like burgers, hot dogs, and warm sandwiches. The deli meets the needs of busy patrons with options for dine-in, online ordering, DoorDash delivery, and catering services.
