NASA Released Footage Of The Sun’s Atmosphere

NASA released footage shot by a probe that flew through the Sun’s upper atmosphere a few months ago.  It shows a stream of “highly energized particles” zipping by, with the Milky Way in the background.

In other science news…

Mars has its own Grand Canyon that’s five times deeper and 20 times wider.  And researchers think they found “significant amounts of WATER” in it.  It’s underground and the water is probably ICE.  So we’re not talking lakes here, but it’s still a big deal
