Go Ape: Classic Rock’s Best Primate Playlist For Escaped Monkeys

South Carolina’s Lowcountry is on the lookout for some unusual “neighbors” this week—more than 40 escaped rhesus macaques! After a breakout from the Alpha Genesis research facility in Beaufort County, authorities are urging residents to lock doors, shut windows, and keep an eye out for any curious little primates wandering by.

To help bring our furry fugitives back home, the FOX 102.3 team has a plan: let the music do the talking! This weekend, we’re cranking up a special “Monkey Playlist” with the classic rock hits we’re sure they’ll recognize (hey, everyone loves a good tune, right?).
