Ghost Chair- Just in Time For Halloween

The staff at India’s Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research wants off the night shift after seeing an unoccupied wheelchair rolling along the grounds.
The spooky security camera footage has gone viral, which shows the so-called “Ghost Chair” first parked then moving down a ramp towards the garden area.
While some may now believe the hospital is haunted, there is another theory.
“It was just wind and not any ghost,” one doctor told Newsflare.
