After 67 years, readers will soon do their last fold-in as MAD Magazine has announced they are ceasing publication.

In a statement sent out Wednesday night, the company said the upcoming issue number 10 would be their last to feature new content, with future issues to contain rebranded classic material repackaged under a new cover.

Currently hitting stands every other month, Issue 8 was released on June 12th.

Among those upset over the news, “Weird Al” Yankovic took to Twitter to memorialize MAD’s impact on his life, noting, “It’s pretty much the reason I turned out weird.”
