WHEW!

A United Airlines flight headed to Honolulu experience engine failure shortly after takeoff from Denver International Airport on Saturday, causing debris to fall and land in a Denver suburb.

The flight returned safely to Denver Airport. There were no reported injuries among the 231 passengers and 10 crew members. On Sunday, United Airlines announced they are “voluntarily and temporarily removing 24 Boeing 777 aircraft powered by Pratt & Whitney 4000 series engines” from their schedule.

People are not freaking out on this flight, and I don’t that I would’ve been that calm, cool, and collected. I wonder if anyone did the Final Destination “tray table” test before takeoff?!
