A Peeping Tom Caught with His Pants Down Claimed He Was Just “Exercising”

A Florida community near Daytona Beach was dealing with a “Peeping Tom” recently.  There were reports of a man looking in a window and exposing himself to a woman. Police started monitoring the area, and on Saturday night, they caught the suspect with his pants down, literally.

He’s a 37-year-old named Javier Gutierrez, and when he was asked what he was doing, he told deputies he was “just out getting some exercise.”

He’s in jail on a $33,000 bond.  He’s facing multiple charges, including exposure, voyeurism, and stalking.
